Biting my fingernails is my worst habit, I usually do it if I am stressed or nervous but lately I find myself doing it more if I am bored or always! I hate doing it but sometimes it's just enough to take off that edge!! Drinking pop was another one of my worst habits but I am happy to say I am 8 days in of not having pop and doing well!! I have found alternatives and find myself missing it a little but I have more energy!
