Day 42: A picture of somewhere you went today!

I plan on going to McDonalds for lunch today and I can't wait!! The french fries and chicken nuggets have been calling my name all week and today I am going to give in!! Mmmmmmmmmmm

Crazy hectic life!!

Life is super crazy these days. We are looking to buy a house, wrapping up the school year with Olivia and well Emily is growing like a weed. I knew lots of fun stuff was in store for us in 2012 but little did I know it would be crazy like this. In 2007 when looking for a house I swear things weren't like they are today, but maybe because I work full time and have two kids now it just seems impossible to look during the week and by the time we get out on the weekends the house we like already has an offer put in on it. I wish I had a realtor fairy who could find me the perfect home and well do all the work and all I have to do is sign my life away...LOL :)

Emily is now 5 months old, it's crazy to think that the day after my 28th birthday she will be 6 months old. She is smiling so much now and she's giggling like crazy. I have to say it's so cute and funny when she gets all excited and is giggling and kicking her legs at the same time!!!

Olivia is 6 now. I know I say this and I think every parent does but really where has the time gone? I looked through her journal that I started in 2008 and it's crazy to see how much she's grown. I love reading about all the progress she's made and really what an amazing little girls she's becoming. Having to share her with her dad is tough, I try and do my best and can only hope she knows how much I love her and want what's best for her. I know some days I can be the mean, tough mom but I have to be because if I'm not she'll never learn to respect me. And honestly some days I hate being the responsible parent, I wish I could just up and take her to Disneyland or to the store and spend hundreds of dollars on her but I know how much having medical insurance, a roof over her head, and good food in her tummy is. Man do I sound like a mom!

Personally I am struggling with a battle with my weight again. I know being pregnant comes with some extra pounds and I didn't expect for it to come off right away I guess I just hoped it would be easier this time around!! I started weight watchers again and with life being so hectic I hit a plateau right out the gate and so I have stepped back and I am evaluating my environment. I am working on exercising at night and making sure I have healthy snacks in the house. It's hard when some nights all I want is a big greasy pizza and a coke to wash it down! I want to be around for my girls and I know to do that I need to be healthy and happy. So I am working on it and feel like things can and will get back to a better place very soon. I just have to stay positive and push myself!!!

I can't wait for life to settle down and be more normal, I'm not sure when that will be but I am hoping very soon!

This was from our trip last summer to the oregon coast!! It was such a fun trip for the three of us!! We got to stay in a fun cabin on the beach and it was so nice listening to the waves.

This was Olivia and I. We were celebrating the marriage of my good friend Katie! Olivia got to be the flower girl and boy was she amazing and I got to have fun and celebrate!! This is a day I will never forget!

I love turtles. I have since I was a little girl. I have tons of figurines all over and even two special tattoos on my lower back. One symbolizes me and the other baby turtle is for Olivia!!

I love Elvis and I love Stitch so here is a perfect picture of both! Ever since I saw Lilo and Stitch I have enjoyed him.

My girls!

I can't believe how absolutely beautiful my two girls are!! I am so lucky to have such wonderful kiddos that love each other so much. Olivia came home last night from being at her dads all weekend and I was not the only one happy to see her!! Emily loves when Olivia is around, she's always looking around for her and is so excited when she makes faces, or tickles and as you can when she holds her! I captured this great photo and words can't describe my happiness. Emily looks so much like me as a baby and Olivia is growing up so fast! I can't wait to see them in just a few short years I know they will both have changed so much and I can only hope their love for one another continues to grow!! Love, love, love my girls!

I love summer in Spokane! The sun is shining and I love being outside! Going downtown is super fun. I love Riverfront Park. I can't wait for this summer and taking Emily out for the first time to see Spokane!!

This is tough because we used to have a hamster and a fish but sadly both of them passed away! So we have no pets! But if we could have a pet we would love to have a cat or dog. Since Olivia is allergic it makes the chances of having these slim to none but maybe another fish in the future, here's what Fred our fish looked like!

I try really hard to be good at Scrapbooking but sometimes the creative juices just don't get flowing and I end up with well not what I wanted!! Oh well practice makes perfect or at least I get better each time so I'll just keep at it!

I miss this girl more than I can tell ya. She has been my best friend for 10 years now and no matter how many miles apart we are we are always attached at the heart! She is the person I can call when I need to cry, or laugh, or just hear her voice. Sara is the sister I always wanted and she's better she's my best friend! I am so proud of the woman you are and I can't wait to meet your new baby this fall!

My family means more to me than I could ever say! I mean they raised me and made me who I am. My mom is such a strong and amazing woman, she practically raised my sister and I alone while my dad was on the road, my dad is such a fun and loveable guy and he's an even better GRANDPA, my sister is one person I trust more than anyone and the last 6 years we have grown so close! I am super afraid of Spiders especially black widows. Ever since I saw arachnaphobia I was terrified. I always check when I go to the restroom and wash my hands I become super paranoid. I hope I never have a run in with one of these!

How about a picture of all my family members. This was last fall when we went to the Pumpkin Patch. I was about 2 weeks from delivering Emily! This is a family tradition we do every year! Our cruise for Christmas 2010 was a total fail! Oh man, my sister and I got so sick because of the movement we couldn't enjoy ourselves let alone the day we stopped in Mexico it was pouring down rain! So much for a fun family vacation!

I am very insecure about my weight! One minute I am happy where I am and then the next thing I know I can't fit into my pants! It's something I have struggled with the last 6 years and I am getting back on the Weight Watchers Wagon and hoping this time I can keep it off for good!

Target is my favorite store on the planet! Whenver I am in a bad mood I can go into Target and I smile! I can walk around purchase nothing and go home happy! I love the people there mostly because I worked there and they are GREAT!! And I love finding bargains!! I LOVE YOU TARGET!!
