I recently discovered Simply Potatoes in the grocery isle. They have several options for every potato lover in your house. I was able to score one sweet deal at Safeway in a buy one get one free along with some free product coupons I got 4 bags for FREE! In my house we call that a FABULOUS deal. I snagged two bags of red potatoes, one hash browns, and one potatoes with chopped onions! We love potatoes in this house I mean what goes better with eggs than hash browns, steak and potatoes, and well chicken and potatoes of course!
Red potatoes are a BIG HIT in this house and I have to say Simply Potatoes made even bigger fans out of my family. We fried them up and added them to our breakfast burritos....Mmmmm! They were just the right thickness with a little smush and a little crunch! They had amazing flavor being seasoned in packaging and gave our burritos that missing link!
The potatoes with chopped onions grilled up nicely and my husband not being a big onion fan loved the taste without the onion chunks!
