Weigh in Wednesday!

Well the first week has come to a close. I have to say I am up a little this week, I believe it's due to all the extra water I have been drinking and my dear friend mother nature stopped by as well. I am not mad to see the gain it seems to be the first week norms!

I did exercise 4/7 days which is better than the 0/7. I was extra tired this week thanks to my friend stopping by and work has been exhausting! But I am ready for a new week and a new me!

My goals for this next week are to:

1.) Drink even more water
2.) Eliminate all sugar from my house
3.) Enjoy my dad being home this weekend
4.) Do some dancing with Olivia
