Soy Protein Review with Dupont Nutrition and Health!!

Recently I had the opportunity to check out some amazing SOY products, I really don’t pay much attention to the products I purchase for my family one because I am a single working mom and two sometimes I am just in too much of a hurry. I know it’s not an excuse and I need to pay more attention to what we are eating and what a better place to start than with MorningStar Farms, A3 bars and Nogii Kids Bars. I received a coupon for a MorningStar product one A3 bar smores flavored and a Nogii Kids Bar Chocolate Chip flavored. Did you know Soy protein helps support healthy growth and development while fighting childhood obesity? Additionally, incorporating quality proteins such as soy protein, into children's diets supports their immune systems.

My youngest Emily was immediately drawn to the Nogii bar probably because it looked like a giant rice crispy treat with CHOCOLATE. I quickly unwrapped it and watched. She’s not my picky eater but lately she’s been in a phase where she will take a bite and say yucky. Not the case at all, she immediately said Mmmmmmm!!! It’s a hit!! And it’s good for her. Packed with 8g of protein and 3g of fiber I don’t feel so bad that she ate the whole thing. The Nogii Bar has no gluten, no nuts, no dairy; it’s all natural and 490mg of Omega’s. Way better than your standard kids bar. I am so pleased that she enjoyed it and I will be stocking up soon, this is one healthy treat I don’t mind giving her.

The next was the A3 bar. I had never heard of these but the package was dark and mysterious, I quickly unwrapped and shared with my mom. I notice that energy bars always have a smell. I know that may sound weird but they have a specific smell. The bar was nice and compact and drizzled with chocolate. This bar has 5g of protein, 1g of fiber and only 110 calories. The A3 stands for Anytime, Anywhere, and Anyplace, catchy!! I enjoyed the taste of the bar it wasn’t overly sweet and it didn’t leave me hungry. I enjoyed the texture of the bar and felt energized and satisfied after enjoying it. If you need a pick me up or a snack before working out I think this bar would give you the energy and edge you will need!!

MorningStar is a name that I am not so familiar with. I mean I have seen their products in the stores before but hadn’t tried anything?? So I went to my local Fred Meyer and checked out what MorningStar had to offer. The selection was great and each product was packed full of good stuff. I settled on some MorningStar Chik’n Nuggets. I am not going to lie we eat a lot of nuggets in my house. Sometimes it’s the only thing Emily will eat. These nuggets only have 190 calories per serving, chalked full of protein and have 49% less fat than normal nuggets. This really appeals to me because I try and make each meal healthy and nutritious. No surprise the girls loved the nuggets and they didn’t even know they were good for THEM!!! MorningStar has a great selection from burgers to breakfast. If you are looking for a healthy alternative MorningStar is the way to go!! I am so happy I had the chance to check out these amazing SOY Products I now have a whole new view of what to look for. I hope you’ll check out some these products as well because I have the opportunity to share my same prize pack with one lucky follower. Follow the rafflecopter below and GOO LUCK. US ONLY.

  1. I like the Morning star chicken patties. I used to eat them a lot but sort of forgot about them.
